Luke 24:44-45

And He said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you,

that all things must be fulfilled
,

which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Then opened He their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

Do you believe ALL Bible prophecy was fulfilled by Christ - in the first century?
If not - you have not had your understanding opened - so that you might understand the Scriptures.

MESSAGE FROM THE PREACHER

Dear Listener - When you listen to me preach, some of you may sense some "anger" or "harshness." Your perception may be correct. But, please understand that my harshness is not directed at the sincere seeker of the truth. It is directed to the ones who have purposely tried to keep people from finding the Kingdom of God. Some people that listen have enquired about the pointedness of the message, while others have asked me why I'm being so meek. So, please do not mistake passion for a lack of compassion.

Are you new to God Send Us Men Ministries? Are you new to Fulfilled Bible Prophecy and the present day reality of the Kingdom of God preaching?
If so, the best place to start is with the very first message (001). Each one of these messages builds one-upon-another. If you skip the foundation messages, you may not understand the conclusions. And, it's the conclusions that matter the most!

King James Bible Online
1611
This is a very simple to use, online version of the KJV. Be careful. I have found quite a few typographical errors. If you are not 100% sure of what the text says in this version, always compare with a printed copy. This is also a revision of the original 1611 version.
Wyciffe Bible
1382
This version is thought to be the first version of the Bible available in English. It was translated from the Latin Vulgate - not from Hebrew and Greek. I use it to get another perspective of different passages.
Tyndale Bible
1526
William Tyndale started this translation from the Hebrew and Greek but did not complete it. Tyndale refused to INCORRECTLY translate ekklesia as "church." He was executed because of his refusal to use the word "church" and because he defied the "church and state" of his day.
Coverdale Bible
1535
Myles Coverdale completed Tyndale's work. He remained faithful to the mission of Tyndale - in that he did not translate ekklesia as "church."
Greek Septuagint
285–247 BCE
This is what we call the "Old Testament" translated from the Hebrew into Greek. It is very important that we understand what this is. This shows us that ekklesia was established LONG before Christ said what He said in Matthew 16. It also shows us that bapto was not something that just came onto the scene in the first century.

It helps us to see why Tyndale translated ekklesia as "congregation." And why the KJV translators admitted that "wash" was a better word than "baptize."

Most people say this is the text that the first century believers used.

Greek Septuagint Interlinear with Greek on one side and English on the other
This is a good resource for seeing the Greek text on the same page as the English. II Chronicles 23 is a great place to see ekklesia hundreds of years before Christ. Look for this word >>> in the Greek text. That is ekklesia in Greek.
Webster's 1828 Online
1828
This online version is not an accurate version of the printed version. It's better than nothing, but if you can obtain the printed facsimile, you will be better served.
Strong's Concordance
1890
James Strong produced this dictionary of the Greek and Hebrew. It is a very elementary dictionary, but is better than nothing. Like Webster's online 1828, the online versions do not stay faithful to the older printed versions. I have even found discrepancies between printed versions. It is my belief that the oldest printed version you can find is a better way to go. But if all you have access to is the online version, then go ahead, but be mindful that the modern version is not the same as the original.
Thayer's Greek Lexicon
1841
Joseph Thayer's Greek Lexicon goes way beyond Strong's Concordance. Mr. Thayer focuses on the definitions of Greek words as they were used in other Greek literature. In other words, he tries not to provide definitions through the lens of "church" - but rather how the words were understood to the Greeks. He does stray from this from time to time and insert "church" definitions - but the insights provided

These are most of the study aids that I use when preparing messages. I NEVER rely solely on these aids. We must remain stedfast in being led by the Spirit of God when using these or anything else.

As long as we are approaching our studies from the Fulfilled Bible Prophecy perspective; from the Government of God being a present day reality; from understanding that being "baptized" into Christ does not have anything to do with physical water - then I believe we are safe in looking at these documents to get insight into "head knowledge" of things related to the Bible, history, etc.

You should notice that I don't use "modern" study aids very often. I do not believe that the last 100 years has been a great time for the advancement of the Gospel of the Government of God.

Alternative Power VideoSeveral years back, our family made a DVD showing how we produced our own electricity. We still have some DVDs available. I've never been comfortable asking for help with our ministry, but if anyone would like to help us with our ministry and would like a copy of our DVD, we'd be happy to send it out. We'll send one out free of charge to anyone who helps us with this ministry.
